Food Trucks

 I don't think I have ever seen so many random food trucks as there are here in Cedar City.  About the only food truck I have been to, at least that I can think of, is the Waffle Love Truck in SLC--and boy was it good.

There are two food trucks in particular here in Cedar that I have come to love and look so forward to getting their food.  One is On The Hook.  This is fresh cod and it is Sooooo delicious.  I love it.  We try to go every time they come and set up the truck.  You have to get there early because the line is long and they have run out of food before.  I just love it.

The other truck is BowBarrils.  It is a Native American that runs the truck, but the food that I just love is the Lumpia which is Filipino Egg Rolls.  Boy oh boy are they good.  They usually set up within walking distance of my work so I can go down and place my order, do a little walking and then have food for the whole weekend because I get a lot of them.

I feel gratitude for the change of eating choices each time they come to town.  There is not much eating culture/choices here in Cedar, but the food trucks are great.
